Workshop ’09

The Workshop ’09 focuses on the interfaces of complex oxides, and is sponsored by the Army Research Office. In addition to functionalities of the interfaces, the expertise of invited speakers also includes synthesis and mechanics. Through the three-day workshop (August 24-26, 2009) on the campus of University of Connecticut, participants have presented their results and exchanged ideas. The Panel Discussion Report highlights challenges and opportunities in the field.
